Return & Exchange Policy

You can raise a return or exchange request within 4 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
All approved returns are issued strictly as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

• Store credit is issued once the returned item is received and passes quality check
• It will be processed within 48 hours after approval
• The full process (pickup + inspection) may take 7–10 working days

• Exchanges are processed once the product is received and approved after inspection
• You can request a different size or product, subject to availability
• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead
• Exchange timelines: approx. 7–10 working days including transit and QC

• A reverse pickup will be arranged once your request is approved
• A ₹100 pickup fee applies for returns and exchanges
• If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product
• In case of self-shipping, the product remains the customer’s responsibility until received by us

To qualify for return or exchange:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Items with signs of wear, stains, odour, or alteration will be rejected

• Products bought during sale, discount, or promotional offers are final sale
• These items are not eligible for return or exchange

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Report within 4 days of delivery
• Share clear images and order details
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit

All return and exchange requests are subject to approval after inspection.
